examples of various types of collaborative work

 

children running from the village a self titled collaborative album with three other musicians from manchester. the whole album is the result of a long improvised session that took place on the 24 september 2005. mixing of the initial recordings took place in london and manchester and resulted in the finished hour long 8 song album. the equipment used was a Jen sx1000 synthesiser, bass and electric guitar, drums, laptop running ableton live, clarinet, radio, tape recorder, chinese bells and an old microphone. mixed and mastered using ableton live. a review is here.   for the moment, right click the title to download or you’ll get an error

ensuciadores three track improvised collaboration with musician and sound artist javier silverio, using computers running ableton live, reaktor, acoustic and electronic instruments and vocals. recorded to 4 track tape then edited and mastered further using ableton live.  made in london december 2010
